I'm Sophie, a Brand, Digital and Investor Communications Manager currently at Datt Capital, with prior relevant experience at Bowens. I've built my marketing career in Australia while completing my bachelor's degree and now my master's in Business Analytics and Marketing Technology at Deakin, so I understand the student-to-professional transition from the inside.

Over the years, I've helped many international students and early-career professionals break into the job market, reviewing CVs and LinkedIn profiles, running mock interviews, and most importantly, shifting the mindset that holds most people back: the belief that you can't apply until you feel "ready enough."

The biggest mistake I see isn't a weak resume, it's passive job searching. Waiting on Seek and LinkedIn, not networking, not reaching out directly. I help mentees fix that.
