Once a fresh international student, Minh is now a strong problem-solver with 4.5 years of Food Product Development experience and as of August 2025, has made a bold career transition to become an ANZ Country Procurement Buyer. Since university, he has always been active in seeking experience outside of the classroom, which equipped him with the right network and skills to land 2 internships since his 2nd and 3rd years. This has paved the way to a fulfilling career at a multinational Food and Nutrition Company, working with global customers and launching winning snack products with Australian iconic brands. Shortly after landing his full-time job post graduation, he founded and ran AVSQ, the largest Vietnamese Students Association in Queensland from 2021-2023.

- 2024-2025, secured $2,100,000 in revenue (65% annually recurring) and led 5 bottom-line cost-saving projects totalling $212,000
