I’m a Primary Teacher in Victoria with experience across early and middle primary years for 5 years. I care deeply about helping pre-service and graduate teachers feel confident, capable, and supported as they work towards becoming teachers and securing their first role. I know this season can feel exciting but also overwhelming, and I enjoy walking alongside graduates as they prepare applications, look for teaching opportunities, and build confidence for interviews and the next step ahead.

I also support graduate teachers as they begin their careers and settle into the everyday reality of classroom life. My mentoring style is practical, honest, and encouraging, with a focus on real strategies that help with planning, curriculum, assessment, classroom management, and navigating the many demands of the role

Teach upper primary students, planning and delivering Victorian Curriculum–aligned lessons. Differentiate learning, analyse assessment data, and build student independence, critical thinking, and strong classroom culture.

• Christway Christian College – Lower Primary Teacher (2023–2025)

Designed and implemented curriculum across key learning areas, strengthened literacy and numeracy foundations, developed Individual Learning Plans, and collaborated closely with families and support staff.
