Hi, I’m Anh Tran — a senior Data Scientist based in Melbourne with a career that spans the full spectrum of analytics. I started out as a Data Analyst, where I built dashboards, delivered business insights, and worked closely with stakeholders. Over time, I moved deeper into machine learning, MLOps, and AI, eventually leading the development of end-to-end ML pipelines and LLM-powered product features at Culture Amp.

This journey has given me a wide-ranging skill set across analytics, visualisation, data engineering fundamentals, classical ML, optimisation, and GenAI applications. I’ve developed churn and credit scoring models, designed optimisation solutions, automated analytics workflows, and deployed large language model systems in production. Working across industries like financial services (Liberty Financial, Recoveriescorp), healthcare (Alfred Hospital), and technology (Culture Amp) has also strengthened my ability to translate complex technical work into clear business impact.
