I'm Phong Le, a Software Engineer based in Sydney, Australia. I started my career in a small startup environment and worked my way through larger organisations, eventually reaching Big Tech at Meta, and now Canva. I also come from a non–Computer Science background, so I had to learn the hard way what it takes to break into the big tech and succeed as an engineer.

As a mentor, I support Vietnamese students and engineers who want to grow with practical guidance—especially in front-end engineering, scalable UI architecture, performance, career planning, and interview preparation. My style is direct, hands-on, and focused on real outcomes.
